Who We Are

O&S Associates, Inc. is a diversified and multi-disciplined Consulting Engineering firm. The major areas of focus and concentration of the firm are:

Planning, Design and Restoration of multi-level parking structures.
Exterior building façade evaluations and roof assessments, including Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Systems.

The Principal of the firm is Mr. VP Samy, P.E. Mr. Samy is a registered professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in parking and structural engineering. He has been involved in the planning, design, feasibility studies, condition surveys and construction of parking facilities and buildings.

Our staff of experienced Engineers and Architects have Completed numerous successful projects for satisfied clients saving them money by reducing construction costs while enhancing durability through unique designs combined with careful materials selection.

Our Experience

O&S Associates was formed by highly trained and experienced Engineering Professionals. The two Principals of the firm posses over 45 years of combined experience and expertise in the Consulting Engineering field.

Our Chief Architect and Our Chief Structural Engineer each have more than 30 years of experience in the parking consulting field and were involved in various capacities in the design and construction of over 200 parking structures.

Our staff of repair and restoration engineers has a demonstrated track record for designing, value-engineering and administering restoration projects. Testaments to their capabilities are the over 400 repair and restoration projects that O&S has completed for satisfied, repeat clients. These include parking garage restoration, building façade restoration, roofing repairs and plaza restoration projects.

We are also experienced in window replacement projects, energy assessments, pre-acquisition assessments and capital planning projects.

Our History

O&S Associates was founded sixteen years ago as a structural engineering firm specializing in Parking Consulting and Parking Garage Design and Restoration and Restoration Engineering. We have provided our core services of parking design & repair and restoration engineering across a wide range of industries including corporate, healthcare and public clients.

Through our almost decade and a half of steady growth, we have expanded our experience and strength to include repair and restoration of the building envelope ( Roof & Façade ), Plaza restoration and Parking Lot design and restoration. We have successfully managed the expansion of our client offerings while maintaining a sharp focus on our core competencies.

Today, O&S is composed of a diverse and multi-disciplined group of professionals and support staff. We are a steadily growing company with a strong commitment to our repeat client base and demonstrated competence in our service offerings.
