O&S Associates acted as the Owners representative, leading the redesign for the construction of the garage.
The scope of work for this contract included the design, construction and commissioning of the Cranford Crossing Parking Garage in Cranford, New Jersey. The Cranford Crossing Parking Garage needed to have a minimum of 310 parking spaces. The work included, but was not limited to the following: the geotechnical investigation and reporting, relocation of existing utilities, foundations, structure, roads, roadway markings, architecture, finishes, facades, vehicle restraint barriers, handrails, waterproofing, drainage, plumbing, lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, fireproofing and fire suppression systems, electrical systems illuminated signage, security, operating equipment, connection to local utilities and commissioning.
