Tuttle U.S. Court of Appeals Building was designed in the second Renaissance revival style, this formidable granite building is home to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. The building is six stories and has a full basement. The building has a granite façade with ornate terra cotta cornices and gutter. The building was originally designed as a US post office and later converted into a Courthouse building.
O&S Associates performed a forensic Investigation of the various building areas inside the building experiencing severe water intrusion problems due to the deterioration of the brick masonry wall and failure of the sealants. O&S designed improvements and repairs, sealant replacement, gutter repairs and improvements and provided construction phase services.
