Morristown Memorial Hospital Parking Garage is a 3 level parking garage with precast columns, beams and precast double tees with a concrete topping. The total supported area is 200,000 square feet and slab on grade area is 140,000 square feet.
• O&S Associates performed a condition survey, developed a repair program and developed new repair drawings and specifications for the repair of the precast columns and concrete topping.
