The Addison apartment building underground garage is experiencing extensive water infiltration problems through the foundation walls, exterior ramp and plaza; which are causing corrosion related structural deterioration of the building structural steel frame. It is critically important for safety and long term durability of the building/parking garage that these problems be addressed in order to preserve structural integrity.
