O&S Associates was retained to deliver a complete Structural and Architectural design of this 7 story Parking Garage with Retail space on the Ground Level. Innovative design was required for the garage due to the small irregular lot size, and complexity of parking for residential and retail.
The parking structure consists of drilled caisson foundation combined with spread footing, steel column and beam framing, slab on metal deck floor, reinforced CMU sheer walls, and precast concrete façade. Due to the complexity of the structure, extensive structural analysis was performed.
