The underground parking garage at Lincoln Amsterdam House is a 3 level, 30,000 square foot parking garage. The first level is slab on grade with the two elevated levels consisting of reinforced concrete waffle slab. O&S Associates was retained to provide consulting engineering services for the, evaluation and rehabilitation of the underground parking garage. O&S performed a comprehensive inspection, reviewed the existing conditions/structural deterioration. Prepared construction documents and provided construction phase services.
