O&S has provided Local Law 11 Studies for AKAM Associates for the past 2 cycles. O&S provides the study by using a swing stage, and performing close visual inspections.
O&S provided the inspections required by Local Law 11 for the property managed by AKAM at 343 East 74th Street in Manhattan. The buildings walls are comprised of brick masonry. The property was found to be in unsafe condition.
After notifying AKAM, and filing the report with the City, O&S was retained to develop repair documents and assist in bidding. Once a contractor was retained, O&S provided Constructionanagement Services for the client.
