The Landmark Tower is a 156 unit, 15 story high-rise Apartment Building.

• O&S Associates performed a survey of the building’s exterior, roofs and balconies. Based on the findings of the survey.

• O&S designed and prepared renovation details and developed the technical specifications for each work item, provided construction services bidding and construction administration.
